Cath founded the Creative Couch publication and community (formerly at Substack) for disheartened creatives thinking of giving up or frightened to get started, or those drawn to creativity and intrigued by the process.
Her mission is to highlight the importance of staying relaxed and looking for the pleasure in the process in order to sustain a creative career or outlook.
